Taxsamadhan Consulting Private Limited was incorporated on 20 July 2022. It holds no awards. It publishes no leadership profiles and no client names. Those are facts, and a page called “why choose us” that talked around them would be the first reason not to. What follows is the actual argument, which is that almost everything a client normally has to take on trust, we have put in writing where anyone can read it.
The scope is written before the work starts
Every engagement begins with a written scope, issued before anything is chargeable. It states what is included as specific work items, what we need from you and by when, what you will receive as named deliverables, the timeline in business days, and the fee with GST shown separately. If the scope changes, that is a written variation with its own fee, not a line item that appears on an invoice you did not expect.
This is ordinary professional practice and it is startlingly often not followed. The alternative, an emailed one-line quote followed by four months of ambiguity about whether the appeal submission was in the fee, is how most disputes between a company and its advisers actually begin.
The prices are on the website
Every one of our seventeen services carries a published fee, exclusive of GST, with the unit stated: per report, per month, per engagement, per notice. Not “on request”, and not a range that narrows once we know your revenue.
A displayed price is a binding offer once accepted, so publishing it is a commitment rather than a marketing device. Where a service genuinely cannot be priced in advance because its scope depends on what the first week uncovers, the page carries a request for a quote instead of a fixed figure and says why. What you will not find is a fee that varies with how expensive we guess you can afford to be.
The commitments we publish
These are set out in full on our Service Level Commitments and Refund and Cancellation pages, and the refund terms are linked from the checkout before you buy rather than after.
| Commitment | What we hold ourselves to |
|---|---|
| First response | A scoping call arranged for the next business day after an enquiry reaches us. |
| Cancellation before work begins | Full refund within a seven-day window, less a scoping deduction of ten per cent or ₹5,000, whichever is lower. |
| Cancellation after work begins | Refund of the unearned portion, assessed against the stages actually completed. |
| Where no refund applies | Once a draft deliverable has been issued, or the engagement is more than three-quarters complete. Stated openly rather than buried. |
| Retainer services | Thirty days’ notice on either side. No annual lock-in on monthly work. |
| Refund processing | Acknowledged within two business days, decided within seven, and credited within five to seven business days of approval. |
Full terms govern. Prices are exclusive of GST; GST at the applicable rate is added for Indian billing addresses and supplies to overseas clients are treated as zero-rated export of services.
Every service says what it does not include
Each of the seventeen product pages carries an exclusions list written as plainly as the scope list. Representation before a forum that is outside the fee. Statutory audit, which we do not perform. Filings for periods before the engagement began. Third-party fees, government fees and stamp duty. The list is not a disclaimer set in small type; it is a section of the page with the same weight as the benefits.
Naming exclusions costs enquiries. Some readers decide the service is not what they needed and do not call. That is the intended outcome. A client who discovers the boundary after paying is a dispute; a client who saw it beforehand and engaged anyway is a client.
Virtual delivery, and the hours that follow from it
We work remotely rather than from your office or ours. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:30 IST. Stated against the timezones our clients actually sit in, that means the entire Gulf working day overlaps with ours, the United Kingdom has our afternoon against its morning, and the close of our day meets the opening of the New York morning. Anything outside that is arranged in advance, because a firm that claims to be available around the clock either is not, or is exhausted.
The operating benefit is control. Documents sit in one engagement repository rather than on a laptop at a client site, review is recorded rather than given verbally across a desk, and the same review standard applies whether the client is in Ghaziabad or Chicago.
What we do not offer
- No awards, rankings, accreditations or ratings. None are held, and we will not display a badge to imply otherwise.
- No client names, logos or testimonials. Named case studies will be published only with written client consent, and until then there are none.
- No security certification. We describe our data handling in our policies instead, so you can assess it rather than trust a logo.
- No statutory audit, and no service where we would be auditing our own work.
- No claim to experience the company has not had. It was incorporated in 2022 and everything on this site is written from that date forward.
Test the claim rather than the copy
The straightforward way to assess any of this is to ask for a written scope on a real position and see what arrives, and how quickly. That document is the product of everything on this page, and it costs you nothing to read.
