Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:30 IST. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Indian public holidays. Enquiries received outside these hours are picked up on the next working day.
Working with clients outside India

Conversions are stated against standard time. Between March and November, UK and US times shift by one hour and the overlap windows move accordingly.
What to include in a first enquiry

- The financial year or tax year in question.
- Any notice, intimation or order received, with its reference number and date.
- The date by which a response is due, if one has been set.
- What has already been filed or replied, and by whom.
An enquiry containing those five things usually gets a substantive answer rather than a request for more information.
